This batter is ready to make NATURAL soft idlis. This batter has to be poured on the idli plates and steamed to make idlis (steamed rice cake). This batter is also used to make soft dosas.
DOSA/UTHAPPAM BATTER
Ingredients : Rice, Lentils, Water, Salt.
This batter is ready to make crispy dosas or uthappams. The uthappams can be made with toppings of your choice (ex. Onions, tomato, ginger, green chilli, peas, coconut or any vegetables you like).
ADAI BATTER
Ingredients : Rice, Lentils, Water, Chilli, Spices, Salt.
Adai is a South Indian batter which makes spicy dosas. This is very good for health because it is very rich in proteins. This can either be made crispy or soft.
PESARETTU BATTER
Ingredients : Mung lentil, Rice, Spices, Water, Salt.
This batter is made with mung lentils. Soft or crispy dosas can be made with this batter. Mung lentils is said to be very good for health.
RAVA DOSA MIX
Ingredients : Rice Flour, All Purpose Flour, Rava (Semolina), Black Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Spices and Salt.
This is a dry powder to make crispy Rava dosas. Just add equal quantity of water to this mix, keep aside for few minutes and make dosas. Onions can be added, if required.
